Delivery and Returns Policy

Bajarack Australia Delivery Policy.

Items may be delivered to you individually and/or separately by different couriers and transport agencies.

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • 3-5 working days for delivery to a capital city in any State
  • 7-14 working days for delivery to most large regional towns
  • 7-14 working days for delivery to other remote locations.

Our dispatch centre only operates on Wednesdays and Fridays for dispatch of goods, all orders need to be received by 12pm Tuesday and 12pm on Thursday to ensure adequate time for picking of parts for dispatch.

Our carriers deliver during business hours only (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).
During peak periods (Easter, Xmas), the delivery may take up to 14 working days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary. Large items (such as full size racks) require extra handling and may take longer to transport.

For large items, the courier may attempt to contact you to arrange a delivery time using the contact details provided by you.
We are not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. For certain products, items may be delivered directly to you by a Bajarack Australia supplier.

Bajarack Australia Returns Policy.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 

1. Please email admin@bajarackaustralia.com to request a refund, you will be issued a return authorisation number.

2. Send your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

No items will be accepted without return authorisation. The end user is responsible for any freight and/or freight insurance costs associated with returning the item.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% repackaging/restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your product is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay the additional shipping to and from our warehouse.
